TRX Training
TRX is an acronym for Total Resistance Exercise, and that's exactly what this class will offer you. Using TRX suspension equipment and your own body weight you will work out your whole body safely and effectively. You will build strength, power, balance, mobility and flexibility. This class meets Monday from 6:15 AM to 7:00 AM
Zumba with Joy
Come and try this easy-to-follow, Latin inspired dance craze that is sweeping the nation. You'll dance your way to a fitter you with exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms. Why not lose some inches and have a ton of fun with this calorie burning dance party. All levels are welcome. This class meets Friday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Yoga with Laura Single Class
Yoga- In a fitness style approach we will practice poses that will help strengthen our foundational muscles; keeping us fit for our daily activities. As you progress you will gain greater strength and flexibility not only in the body, but in your mind as well. All levels are welcome. This class meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM

Power Hour with Laura
What a great way to spend your lunch hour! This combo class includes 20 minutes each of cardio, strength training, mat-work and stretching. We will use everything from spin bikes to weights, stability balls to your own body weight. Be prepared to work. Each class is different; however the one thing that will always remain the same is the killer workout. You'll be so busy the hour will just fly by! All levels are welcome.
