BodyTech is a community favorite with full service Fitness Centers serving the Hamptons for over 25 years. Our 2 convenient locations are in the heart of Amagansett and The Montauk Playhouse in Montauk.
Our facilities are equipped with TRX, Kettlebells and a full line of Cardio & Strength Machines from Cybex, Life Fitness, Woodway, Precor, MedX & Hoist including recumbant bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, stairclimbers and spin bikes. We also include Free-Weight, stretch & core rooms, an official size gymnasium in our Montauk location, which is also the site of our full calendar of classes. Classes feature spinning, boxing, Power Hour.
Enjoy the adjacent full-size gymnasium to incorporate cross fit & functional training! We offer Kettlebells, Bosu & Med Balls, Skilz Sleds, jumpropes, Body Bars, and TRX to be used in the gymnasium.
Showers, towel service and ample parking are available.

Spinning w/Sally - Monday, Wednesday & Friday and Saturday;s 8:15 AM
Boxing w/ Juan - Saturday's 9:15AM (Spin, Boxing, Zumba & Bootcamp - $13 Members and $15 non-members)
