BodyTech is the East End's premier full service Fitness Center serving the Hamptons for over 25 years. 

Our 2 convenient locations are in the heart of Amagansett and The Montauk Playhouse in Montauk. 

Our facilities are equipped with a full line of Cardio & Strength Machines from Cybex, Life Fitness, Woodway, Precor, MedX & Hoist including recumbant bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, rowers, stairclimbers and spin bikes.  We also include Free-Weight, stretch & core rooms, an official size gymnasium in our Montauk location, which is also the sight of our full calendar of classes.  Classes feature yoga, pilates, spinning, zumba, cardio-kickboxing, bootcamps and TRX.  

Showers, towel service,  and ample parking are available.
